Payment:
All payments are processed through
PayPal. You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS or from
your checking account (e-check) through PayPal without signing up for an
account.
Orders may also be emailed or
faxed.
Gift wrapping is not available.
However, we are happy to include a gift message with your item.
Shipping & Handling:
We make every effort to ship same
or next day. If there is a delay or the item becomes out-of-stock, you will be
notified by email. It is important that you provide a valid email address.
We ship whichever way is less
costly - usually either UPS or FedEx ground. Shipping time is usually very quick
- 2 to 5 days. If you need an item sooner, please contact us to make
arrangements for express or overnight shipping. Additional shipping charges will
apply.
Returns:
We strive to achieve 100% customer
satisfaction by providing top quality products and accurate product description.
For damaged items: Please
contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement item to you. Keep the damaged
item along with all packing material and box in case it needs to be examined by
the shipper. If you can take a digital photograph and email it to us, that would
be greatly appreciated.
For unwanted items: While we
realize an item may not be exactly what you expected, we encourage you to ask
questions if you have any doubts before ordering to avoid having to return the
item.
Returns will be accepted for up to
30 days of your purchase. They must be returned in the original condition -
unused, undamaged and in the original carton or box. After we receive and
inspect the returned item, a credit will be issued towards the purchase of
another item or a refund - minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are not
refundable. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
To return an item, please contact
us by email at Returns. Provide your name, order number and the item you wish to
return. A "Returned Merchandise Authorization" number will be provided to you
and must be clearly marked on the package return shipping label.
Unauthorized returns or items
returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may
result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of
returned items.
Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us.
Any personal information collected by us will remain confidential and not sold
or released to any other entity. We may occasionally email a product update.
However, we hate spam just as much as anyone else. Any emails sent by
MyWaterGardenPonds.com or JDR Sales will have the option to be removed from any
future mailings by us.
